1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the ClaudeKeys platform, developer dashboard, API endpoints, SDKs, or associated services (collectively, the "Services") operated by ClaudeKeys ("ClaudeKeys", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use ClaudeKeys.
2. Description of Service
ClaudeKeys provides a unified, high-performance API proxy gateway compatible with the OpenAI API format, granting developers programmatic inference access to over 33 foundational artificial intelligence models developed by third-party model providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Meta, Alibaba Qwen, ByteDance Seed, Zhipu GLM, Moonshot AI, and xAI.
ClaudeKeys routes requests, manages rate limiting, handles token accounting, and delivers low-latency streaming responses without permanently logging developer prompts or completions.
3. Accounts & API Key Security
To use ClaudeKeys, you must generate an account via our dashboard. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your authentication credentials.
3.1 API Key Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all API requests executed using your API keys, whether authorized by you or resulting from unauthorized access.
- You must keep your secret API keys strictly confidential. Never expose your secret keys in public client-side repositories, browsers, or mobile apps.
- ClaudeKeys stores API keys using one-way cryptographic hashing (SHA-256). We cannot recover lost keys; you must revoke and regenerate a key if compromised.
- You may configure spend caps and rate limits per key in the dashboard to prevent unintended balance depletion.
4. Cryptocurrency-Only Payment Terms
ClaudeKeys is a crypto-first platform. We do not accept fiat currency, bank transfers, credit cards, or centralized debit processors. All transactions occur exclusively through supported blockchain assets.
4.1 Supported Digital Currencies
We accept deposits in USDT (Tether on TRC-20, BEP-20, Solana, and ERC-20 networks), USDC, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Litecoin (LTC). Additional supported networks are displayed during checkout.
4.2 Blockchain Irreversibility
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded permanently on decentralized blockchains. Once a transaction is broadcast and confirmed on the network, it cannot be reversed, canceled, or charged back by ClaudeKeys or any intermediary.
4.3 Pricing and Exchange Rates
All service plans and token credit packages are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). When generating a crypto invoice, the crypto amount is locked for 30 minutes based on real-time spot market exchange rates. Payments received after invoice expiration may be credited based on the prevailing spot rate at the time of block confirmation.
4.4 Owner Safeguard & Absolute Covenant Not to Sue for Digital Asset Losses
You acknowledge that blockchain transfers are inherently irreversible and subject to network delays, miner fee exhaustion, or wallet errors. To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. federal and state law, the website owner(s), operators, directors, and affiliates shall have zero liability for any lost, dropped, or misdirected digital currency. As a mandatory condition of using ClaudeKeys, you irrevocably covenant and agree never to institute, file, or join any lawsuit, class action, or legal case against the website owner(s) arising out of any cryptocurrency transaction, and agree to the comprehensive dispute resolution, binding arbitration, and hold-harmless provisions detailed in our Crypto Disclaimer.
5. Subscription Plans & Prepaid Credits
ClaudeKeys offers both recurring subscription tiers and flexible pay-as-you-go credit balances:
- Subscription Tiers (Starter, Pro, Business, Unlimited): Tiers provide monthly or annual token quotas and elevated rate limits (RPM/TPM). Subscriptions are prepaid via crypto balance or direct invoice. Subscriptions do not auto-debit third-party bank accounts; renewal requires sufficient crypto balance or manual payment prior to term expiration.
- Pay-As-You-Go Credits: Developers may deposit credits in arbitrary amounts ($10, $25, $50, etc.). Credits are decremented per token according to published model rate cards upon each successful API request.
- Credit Expiration: Purchased prepaid credits do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use ClaudeKeys to generate, transmit, or facilitate:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors;
- Malware, ransomware, exploit payloads, or malicious cyber tools;
- Automated spam, mass phishing campaigns, or fraudulent activities;
- Defamatory, violently threatening, or unlawful content under applicable law;
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, automated brute-forcing, or infrastructure abuse targeting ClaudeKeys or upstream model endpoints.
Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and forfeiture of any remaining credit balance.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
Your Data & Outputs: As between you and ClaudeKeys, you retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and commercial exploitation rights in and to your input prompts, uploaded context files, and model-generated completions.
Platform Rights: ClaudeKeys and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the ClaudeKeys platform, website, brand assets, APIs, code libraries, and documentation.
8. Service Availability & SLA
We endeavor to maintain 99.9% uptime for the ClaudeKeys proxy infrastructure. However, because inference requests are fulfilled by third-party foundational model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), ClaudeKeys does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific model or endpoint. Temporary latency spikes, upstream outages, or provider rate throttling do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MODEL OUTPUTS ARE FACTUALLY ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE FROM BIAS.
10. Limitation of Liability & Covenant Not to Sue
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY U.S. FEDERAL AND STATE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ClaudeKeys, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTION ERRORS.
YOU EXPRESSLY COVENANT AND AGREE NEVER TO FILE, COMMENCE, OR JOIN ANY LAWSUIT, CLASS ACTION, OR LEGAL CLAIM AGAINST THE WEBSITE OWNERS ARISING OUT OF DIGITAL ASSET TRANSFERS OR PLATFORM USAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ClaudeKeys IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
11. Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services following posted changes signifies your acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be settled through binding individual arbitration.
