Our Developer Privacy Pledge
ClaudeKeys does not store, inspect, log, or train on your inference input prompts, chat messages, or model completions. Requests transit our stateless proxy layer entirely in memory. Your proprietary code, user conversations, and application payloads remain 100% confidential.
1. The Zero-Prompt-Logging Architecture
Traditional AI developer tools often intercept and store your prompts for observability or fine-tuning. ClaudeKeys was intentionally engineered with an uncompromising privacy architecture:
- Stateless Proxy Pipeline: Inbound HTTP payloads (prompts, messages, parameters, context embeddings) are streamed directly to the respective upstream model endpoint over encrypted TLS 1.3 connections.
- No Persistent Storage of Payloads: We do not write request bodies or completion streams to SQL databases, NoSQL stores, disk caches, or logging servers.
- Zero Model Training: Your prompt data is never sold, licensed, or used to fine-tune open-source or proprietary artificial intelligence models.
2. Information We Collect
To provide account authentication, balance accounting, and prevent abuse, we collect only the minimal necessary operational telemetry:
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a cryptographically hashed representation of your password (using Argon2/bcrypt). We do not request your real name, physical address, phone number, or government identification.
2.2 Non-Payload Telemetry (Usage Metrics)
For token billing and dashboard analytics, our system records non-content metadata:
- Timestamp of the request;
- API Key identifier (hash prefix only);
- Model selected (e.g.
deepseek-v4-pro-0813,claude-sonnet-5); - Token counts (prompt tokens, completion tokens, total tokens calculated via standard tokenizer algorithms);
- HTTP status code (e.g.
200 OK,429 Rate Limit Exceeded); - Latency in milliseconds.
3. Cryptocurrency & Payment Data
Because ClaudeKeys relies exclusively on cryptocurrency payments, we enjoy a fundamentally privacy-preserving relationship with our developers:
- Zero Banking or Credit Card Data: We do not collect credit card numbers, billing zip codes, CVV codes, or bank account routing numbers.
- Blockchain Ledgers: When you generate a deposit invoice, a unique one-time deposit address is allocated to your account. When you transfer cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC), your public transaction hash (TXID) is confirmed against the blockchain. Please be aware that decentralized blockchains are public ledgers.
4. How We Use Data
The minimal information collected is strictly utilized to:
- Authenticate your access to the developer dashboard;
- Calculate per-request token consumption and deduct balances accordingly;
- Generate usage charts and billing receipts displayed within your dashboard;
- Enforce rate limits (RPM/TPM) to safeguard system infrastructure against DDoS;
- Send critical system alerts (e.g. low balance warnings, password resets).
5. Third-Party Foundational AI Providers
When you make an inference call, the payload is transmitted to the upstream provider that runs the requested model (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, ByteDance, Zhipu AI). We utilize enterprise-tier API agreements where providers agree not to train foundational models on commercial API inputs.
7. Security & API Key Cryptography
Security is fundamental to our infrastructure:
- All traffic between your client and ClaudeKeys is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption.
- Secret API keys (
sk-claude-...) are hashed using SHA-256 immediately upon creation. Only the hashed digest is stored in our database. Once you copy your key during generation, even ClaudeKeys engineers cannot retrieve the original plaintext string. - Databases are hosted in isolated virtual private clouds (VPCs) with strict firewall rules and encrypted at rest.
8. GDPR & Global Privacy Rights
Regardless of your geographic location, we respect fundamental privacy rights:
- Right of Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your account and associated usage telemetry at any time via your dashboard or by emailing our privacy desk.
- Right to Data Portability: You may export your historical billing records and usage logs in CSV format directly from the dashboard.
- Right to Rectification: You may update your account email and security credentials at any time.
